UT and ProMedica sign new academic affiliation agreement

- The University of Toledo and ProMedica Health System have signed a new academic affiliation agreement.
- It will bring in $30M annually for the University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences through June, 2033.
- The new agreement replaces the old agreement, created in 2015, that had ProMedica paying the university $40M per year.
